As the producer for Nick Jr. Party Adventure, I managed the entire production process from concept to release. My responsibilities included leading the team and ensuring seamless communication between designers, developers, and artists. I was also in charge of the outsourcing process, selecting external partners and ensuring their work met our high creative and technical standards.

In addition to managing project timelines, risk mitigation, and production milestones, I led regular meetings with key stakeholders, including Outright Games and Paramount, to ensure alignment on the game's vision and brand requirements. I also oversaw user testing and incorporated feedback to refine the final product, delivering a polished, engaging experience for families that remained faithful to the Nick Jr. brand.
